Our return policy is strictly enforced and no exceptions can be made. Please review carefully.
All artwork, stationery, holiday decor and all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Full price items purchased using a discount code are only eligible for store credit or exchange.

Orders placed for in store pickup are subject to our in store return policy (see next section).
Most full price items (see exclusions above) may be exchanged or returned for refund. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). [Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back to us by the 15th.] Returns delivered after 15 days and up to 30 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns received more than 30 days after the original order date. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned goods must be received unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received. Clothing and footwear must be unworn, in new condition and have original tags attached. Returned goods that do not meet this criteria may not be eligible for refund or may be subject to a restocking fee, and in some cases will be returned at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend packaging fragile items carefully and using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when the return process is complete.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you opted in to free returns and package protection at checkout, you are eligible for a free return shipping label if all criteria is met.

Return Policy: In-Store Purchases
Purchases made in store/in person can be returned or exchanged for store credit only within 14 days of the original purchase date (with the exceptions noted below). Our 14 day return policy also applies to gifts. If you placed your order in store but had it shipped to you, our in-store return policy applies.

Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 2 to 5 business days of when the order was placed, via USPS or UPS. Orders may take longer to ship during peak seasons/promotions. Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 10 business days. At this time, we offer express or expedited shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please email us if you would like to overnight your order.International Shipping
International countries we currently ship to are: Canada, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Ukraine, Sweden, Switzerland. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please email us to see if shipment can be arranged. Please note we are unable to ship to the United Kingdom at this time.
Transit time for international shipments is 3-4 weeks on average. We are not responsible for any customs or duties charges that may be incurred.
